This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the QuickBooks Online integration within Build ERP (“the Application”), a construction-focused enterprise resource planning system. By connecting your QuickBooks Online company to the Application, you agree to this EULA and to the applicable terms of service of Intuit Inc. (“Intuit”) for QuickBooks Online. If you do not agree, do not use the QuickBooks Online integration.
The QuickBooks Online integration connects your QuickBooks company data with Build ERP so you can use your accounting information within the Application. Authorized data (such as accounts, bills, payments, checks, credit card transactions, credit memos, invoices, items, journals, purchase orders, receive payments, vendors, and vendor credits) is made available to the Application in accordance with the permissions you grant. This enables the Application to support your business operations, including project management, financial visibility, and related functionality. Data is updated at regular intervals as configured. You are responsible for maintaining a valid QuickBooks Online subscription and for the accuracy of the data in your QuickBooks company.
You must (a) comply with Intuit’s terms and policies applicable to QuickBooks Online and to third-party applications that access QuickBooks data; (b) use the integration only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this EULA; (c) keep your login and authorization credentials secure; and (d) ensure you have the right to disclose and connect the data you authorize.
The QuickBooks Online integration and the Application are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the integration or of QuickBooks Online’s services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the QuickBooks Online integration or your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claims arising from this EULA or the integration shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider of Build ERP is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the QuickBooks Online integration after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
